Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Textlync for use of the Textlync translation workspace. When you pay, Dodo Payments sells the plan, charges your payment method, adds tax, and sends the receipt. Dodo’s Buyer Terms cover that purchase. These terms cover your use of Textlync.

Textlync is automated software. You submit source text and receive a machine translation, with your glossary applied. Access starts as soon as payment succeeds, and by paying you ask for that immediate access. Textlync is not a human translation agency and not a legal, medical, or financial service. You check the output before you rely on it.

The Free plan includes 2,000 source words in total. It is not a monthly plan.

Starter is $5.99 per month for 100,000 source words. Pro is $10.99 per month for 300,000 source words. Scale is $30.99 per month for 1,000,000 source words.

A word top-up is $2.99 for 50,000 source words. It is available only on a paid plan and is added once to the current balance.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout. Words are counted on the source text you submit. Starter, Pro, and Scale renew monthly until you stop the next renewal.

You can stop the next renewal at least 48 hours before the current month ends, from the Dodo customer portal or by emailing support@textlync.com with the order number and the checkout email. The plan continues until the end of the month you already paid for. Stopping renewal prevents the following charge. It does not refund the current month.

The Free plan includes 2,000 source words, with glossary, formatting, and history, so you can try Textlync before you pay. Once a payment succeeds and the paid plan or the word top-up is added to the account, that charge is not refunded. This includes a change of mind, unused words, and the unused part of the month.

Dodo Payments corrects a duplicate charge, a charge taken after a stop-renewal request that was made on time, or a payment that never added the plan or the top-up words. Email support@textlync.com with the order number.

You own the text and glossary terms you submit. You allow Textlync to process them to translate, store history and glossary entries under your plan, and run the service.

History keeps the last 50 translations for 30 days on Free, 200 for 90 days on Starter, 1,000 for 1 year on Pro, and 5,000 for 2 years on Scale. Older entries are removed automatically.

A Free account with no sign-in for 180 days is deleted, including the profile, glossary, history, and invoices.
