Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Textlync handles information when you use the translation workspace.

When you create an account, Textlync stores your email, sign-in credential, plan, and word balance in Supabase.

Source text you submit is sent to the translation provider (OpenAI) to produce the translation. Glossary terms you save are stored so they can be applied on later runs.

History keeps the last 50 translations for 30 days on Free, 200 for 90 days on Starter, 1,000 for 1 year on Pro, and 5,000 for 2 years on Scale. Older entries are removed automatically.

A Free account with no sign-in for 180 days is deleted, including the profile, glossary, history, and invoices.

When you buy a paid plan or a word top-up, Dodo Payments receives the billing details needed to charge your payment method, add tax, and send the receipt. Dodo Payments sells that purchase.
